荷兰实物地质资料管理服务情况及对我国的启示

    Overview of physical geological data management and service in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and its implications for China

    • 摘要: 实物地质资料是重要的基础性、战略性信息资源,具有原始性、唯一性和不可再生性等特点,其管理服务工作是地质工作的基础和保障。为更好地完善我国实物地质资料的管理和服务工作,学习国际同行的经验做法,通过对荷兰实物地质资料的管理和服务情况进行收集和跟踪研究,分析荷兰实物地质资料管理服务政策法规、重要实物地质资料保管、岩心数字化、地下建模和资料公开服务利用等情况。在此基础上,提出了对我国实物地质资料管理服务的建议: ①建设功能完善、布局合理的岩心库; ②建立岩心实验室联盟,有效集成整合优势资源; ③持续推进岩心数字化技术攻关; ④加快建设国家地学空间数据库,支撑地下空间综合开发利用。研究可为我国实物地质资料行业提供参考,全面促进我国实物地质资料事业的高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: Physical geological data is important fundamental and strategic information resources with the characteristic of originality, uniqueness, and non-renewability, and its management and service is the basic requirement and guarantee for the geological work. In order to improve the physical geological data management and service in China and learn experience and practices from international peers, the authors sorted out the related materials and summarized the management and service of physical geological data in the Netherlands. And a series of status were also analyzed, including laws and policies of physical geological data management and service, key physcial geological data storage, cores digitalization, subsurface modelling and public service. Several suggestions for the management and service of physical geological data in China were proposed. ① The core library with perfect function and reasonable layout should be constructed. ② A core laboratory alliance should be set up to integrate resources effectively. ③ The core digitalization technological breakthroughs should be strengthened. ④ The construction of national geospatial database should be accelerated to support the comprehensive utilization and development of subsurface area. This research could provide references for China's physical geological data management and service industries and promote the high-quality development of China's physical geological data management and service.
