华中某超大型城市地表水中全氟化合物分布特征及风险评价
Distribution characteristics and risk assessment of perfluorinated substances in the surface water of a megacity in Central China

摘要: 全氟和多氟烷基化合物(PFASs)因其潜在的危害性而受到社会的广泛关注, 以华中某超大型城市为研究区, 采用液相色谱-质谱法分析此地区主要的河流和湖泊中PFASs的含量和分布规律, 并开展健康风险评价。研究结果表明: PFASs在多个水体中均有检出, 其中全氟丁烷磺酸(PFBS)是主要的污染物; 研究区域内S04、S06、S07、S08点位污染较为严重, 研究区地表水中PFASs的污染属于中等水平; 采用风险熵值(risk quotient, RQ)对地表水环境进行健康风险评价, 其中PFBS、PFOA、PFOS在研究区部分取样点的RQ值处于0.1~1, 属于中等风险。因此, 研究区地表水中PFASs的健康风险评估和监管仍需引起重视, 以保护生态环境和人类健康。Abstract: The per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) have received extensive social attention due to their potential hazards. The authors in this research took a megacity in Central China as the study object and adopted liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to study the content and distribution pattern of PFASs in the main rivers and lakes in this area, and carried out a health risk assessment. The research results show that PFASs were detected in multiple water bodies, among which perfluorobutanesulfonic acid (PFBS) was the main pollutant. The pollution of S04, S06, S07 and S08 sites in the study area is relatively serious, and PFASs pollution in the surface water of this area belongs to medium degree compared with the surface water in other areas of China. The risk entropy values were used to evaluate the health risk, and the risk entropy values of PFBS, PFOA and PFOS in several sampling points of the study area range from 0.1 to 1, indicating a medium risk. Therefore, the health risk assessment and supervision of PFASs still require attentions in order to protect the ecological environment and human health.
