基于区块链技术推动地质调查项目智能化管理的思考

    Thoughts on promoting intelligent management of geological survey projects based on blockchain technology

    • 摘要: 区块链技术作为一项前沿技术,具有去中心化、不易篡改、全程留痕、可追溯、集体维护、公开透明等特点,在科研项目的执行和管理中具有重要的潜在价值,可规范项目执行,提高项目成果的原创性,保障项目评审的公平性。将区块链技术与现行的地质调查项目管理融合可以推动项目的智能化管理。在全面梳理地质调查项目管理现状、不足和需求的基础上,以中国地质调查局地质云为基础技术架构,构建基于区块链技术的地质调查项目智能化管理体系。提出建立地质调查项目可信区块链联盟机制、研发基于区块链技术的系统功能、集成整合现有项目管理功能等举措,可为地质调查项目管理的发展战略和规划制定提供参考。

       

      Abstract: As a frontier technology, blockchain with characteristics of decentralization, difficult to tamper, traceability, collective maintenance, openness and transparency, has potential value in the implementation and management of research projects, which can be used for standardizing project implementation, improving the originality of project achievements and ensuring the fairness of project evaluation. The integration of blockchain with geological survey project management could promote the intelligent management of projects. On the basis of comprehensively sorting out the status, shortcomings and needs of geological survey project management, the authors in this paper used the GeoCloud of China Geological Survey as the basic technical framework to construct an intelligent management system for geological survey projects based on blockchain. Establishing trusted block alliance mechanism for geological survey projects, developing system functions based on blockchain, and integrating current project functions management were put forward, which could provide references for the management development strategy and planning of geological survey projects.
